I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very clean beyond comfortable, equipped with mini-fridges and blow dryers; however, some areas were dirty, notably the ancient carpets. The service was a letdown, with a cancellation of my prepaid booking due to my request for an iron. The location was excellent, close to the Vatican and other tourist attractions, perfect for sightseeing. The dining options were limited and uneven, the facilities were satisfactory overall.

While the rooms were beyond comfortable with nice amenities, the standard room I changed to was a little messy and had a thick plastic mattress protection under the sheet. The staff tried to help but seemed a bit helpless at times, although they were accommodating. The location was excellent, close to tourist sites and in a nice neighborhood, but the dining experience could have been better. Overall, a stay with both positive and negative aspects.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and very clean with a spacious view on Piazza, although it was a bit noisy on Saturday night. The staff was extremely helpful with my mobility scooter and always had the charger ready for me. The location was absolute perfect, and the dining experience included a delicious breakfast.
